San Diego Realtor and Broker Glen Henderson was recognized as one of the top 1% of Realtors in San Diego at this year’s Real Estate Circle of Excellence Awards ceremony.
The Circle of Excellence recognizes the top-producing teams and individual REALTORS® who exemplify excellence in San Diego’s real estate industry. The Circle of Excellence members are the top 5% of approximately 20,000 REALTORS in the county accounting for $18 billion of the$24 billion (or 75%) of total sales dollars in the county. The members of the Circle of Excellence are directly responsible for helping 24,643 San Diegans find their next homes representing 62% of the transactions in the county.
Glen was awarded the Platinum Level Award, which recognizes the top 1% of real estate agents in San Diego who completed a minimum of $50,000,000 in sales for 2017, or sold 40+ homes. In addition, Glen was recognized for his standing in the real estate community and for always acting with the highest level of ethics, integrity, and professional standards.
This was Glen’s fourth consecutive year being nominated for the platinum award and being recognized as the top 1% of all Realtors throughout San Diego County. In 2015, Glen was also nominated by the Union Tribune’s “Best of San Diego” for top Real Estate Agent in San Diego.
The event was presented in partnership with the San Diego Union-Tribune, and featured keynote speaker Bill Rancic, entrepreneur.
